location is close to the beach and bus stop. Room was clean and tidy. Good for families with small kids.

We reaaly enjoyed our stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. Location is great and the price as well. We will recommend it

The staff where very friendy and welcoming. the facilities where good and adequate for our needs. The position was also vey convienuant for all our needs. All in all excellent value.

The location was excellant near the beach and all the food areas... Hotel was clean , the only remark I have is that on day of leaving it was expensive that we had to pay a extra €20.00 euro for just 3 hours extra,,,

Close to the beach, modest, but has all the necessary equipment, furniture etc., good bathroom. I booked a 1-room apartment, but got 2 rooms without price increase.Mini-disco and nice animation, Internet and a restaurant in the main building, helpful personnel.

our balcony faced a cafe with very loud music. however, music was pleasant and by 00.00 they always stopped.

Cleaners came 5 days a week, and didn´t reorganise our stuff ( that can be so annoying) Staff very friendly.Location good, not too far from beach and local amenities.

No entertainment,no bar,no restaurant , no reception in Lago Park ii. Poorly maintained .All facilities in Lago Park I .Which is about 100 meters away. Our appt overlooked a huge tree, an appt block where they cleaned hire cars , and the staff room area of the hotel next door.... And burgerking, but we could only read ger kin,which was mildly amusing.

Comfortable situated, Eroski supermarket is 10 min to walk, Albufera national park is about 15 min. Appartments are roomy and very clean. Bedding and towels were changed everyday. Reception 24/7. Very nice hotel at all.

Wi-fi coverage is unstable

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, great location- 5mins to the beach, balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

When we checked-in we received an information leaflet saying: the rooms are cleaned betwen 9:30 and 14:30. It didn't say they are cleaned only every other day. It was a bit confusing and I think it's worth adding those 3 words.

not really. just the area was very quiet. not enough bars.

Location, across the street 30m away is the beach. The local buses stop close by and it was only 1.25 euros to travel into town.

The noise at night. Dont request a pool view if you want to listen to the music until midnight ,its loud from the other cafes etc.

The quiet, nice and friendly atmosphere. My wife and I espicially appreciated a woman, named Noemi, in the reception. She gave us an extremely good service in a personal way an we really hope that se will continue to work att the hotel when we - probably - will come back to Mallorac and Lago Park next year!

Quiet location, beach near the hotel (although not used at time of our stay).

There was quite cold and wet weather in the middle of our stay but the heating was switched on after one day "freezing" in the room.

Loved the swimming pool :)

The room wasn't cleaned all week while we were there.The noise all the time from another hotel was anoying.
